Parkour is a training discipline using movement that developed from military obstacle course training. Practitioners aim to get from one point to another in a complex environment, in the fastest and most efficient way possible without assistive equipment.

beginner Parkour

This class is ideal for the student who needs smaller class size, one-on-one instruction, fewer distraction or lower sensory environment. Students should be taller than 30". Students learn to move efficiently through an obstacle course environment while improving their fitness and problem solving skills. CLasses are held Tuesday at 5pm for 6 weeks.
