Parkour is the art of getting from point A to point B in the fastest way possible. Through this pseudo-martial art kids learn problem-solving and build strength. Having a gym would provide a safe space to train and practice this unique skill.

Theaters
Drama, performances, one acts and plays. Theater means more than just these things. It also means a stage to perform on, dance, act, play music, air band shows, talent shows, performance and rehearsal space, band performances with lights and sound so everything can be seen and heard as the theater fills with parents and grandparents. These performances will be run for youth by youth.
Rock Climbing
Our facility wishes to host up to if not more than 20 climbing paths, a bouldering area as well as classes with both indoor and outdoor spaces to climb pushing you to your absolute limit through clever paths and climbing challenges.
Dancing and music are some of the most powerful forms of self-expression. Some places neglect this or they simply do not have the space or the facilities to truly master these talents and gifts. Our goal is to have several recording rooms and fully functioning dance studio where kids can come in and learn dance, teach dance, and create dances and music of all kinds.

Art comes in many ways, shapes, forms, styles and techniques so our youth need many places to present. The House of Rogues wants to have its own gallery where kids can have art shows to display their pieces and unique styles of looking at the world. The building would be a complete art display throughout. We also want to provide space for kids to sell art as well as the rooms and the tools necessary to create all styles of art similar to an art studio and work shop.

Hang Out Space
Martial Arts
Throughout the building we want to have couches and tables for kids to come and hang out and do homework, relax, have good conversation, basically build community with others. We want to have pool tables and ping-pong tables, fire pits, porch areas-both indoor and outdoor spaces that will help foster community.
We want to have a fully functioning martial arts dojo where we can host competitions, train all manners of martial arts from taekwondo to judo and others. We want to have space for six taekwondo rings, an MMA octagon, boxing ring and plenty of space to train on top of that. Martial Arts teaches many useful skills and lessons. A dojo is need to teach them.
Restaurant
We know everybody gets hungry so we want to have a pizza parlor with an old-fashioned soda fountain serving ice cream and soda as well as a place for kids to relax and hang out with family and friends. The café will be filled to the brim with boardgames and good books making it a relaxing place to study and meet friends for conversation and debate.
Other Rooms
Along with the rooms mentioned above we want to have space for the community to come in and host other types of events from conferences to birthday parties and weddings. We want to have conference rooms for kids to meet, bunk rooms for kid groups to utilize on trips from other parts of the state. Basically a meeting place of all kinds: if you can dream it up we want to have the space to help you pull it off.

We dream of having a big enough plot of land that we are able to build an outdoor park for people to enjoy and the kids can help take care of- trees to climb, art sculptures, rivers and ponds- frankly an extension of what we expect the building to be. We want our building to almost transfer seamlessly between an indoor and outdoor facility. Along with this green vision we have for our outdoor facilities we want to have our building be has green and environmentally friendly as we can make it with such things as solar panels and rain water for flushing toilets. We think it's important to show our youth that dreaming is possible and that we can live in harmony with the earth.
